Why did we turn our walls in whiteboards?
- We like to think visually. Whiteboard walls help us map out our thoughts as they come.
- Sometimes it's good to step away from the computers. With colour, space and some room to breathe, our engineers are at their most creative.
- Whiteboard walls are a temporary space. This means we have flexibility as we develop and modify our technology solutions. There is always room for breakthroughs when weak links can just be wiped away.
- It's collaborative. Enough hands can scribble at once to make brainstorming a team event, and ideas can come from any level.
How did we do it?
We used Smart Wall Paint: basically, whiteboard in a can. Paint it on a wall, let it dry overnight, and voila; your walls are whiteboards. Our only difficulty was restraining the team until the Smart Wall formula dried.
